A fine combination whetstone for returning a razor sharp edge to a dull knife. Developed especially for sharpening Japanese knives and knives with high carbon content. Harder than original Japanese whetstones.

The coarse (orange) side has a grit size of FEPA 360 = 700 JIS and is for grinding out unevenness. The fine (white) side has a grit size of FEPA 1000 = 3000 JIS and is for whetting and polishing.

Soak the stone in water before sharpening.
Supplied with a rubber base for stability during use.
Dimensions: 150 x 50 x 25 mm
