This unit can be supplied to suit many applications, including the skinning of pork, poultry, beef, flatfish and fish fillets. Fully welded construction from stainless steel for optimal hygiene and durability. Inbuilt comb or stripper system to keep the blade clean. Features handles for easy moving. Includes a safe 24 V foot switch. Conforms to all CE standards.
