Cretel’s 562A is an automatic derinder equipped with both in- and out-feed conveyors and an adjustable slope for production lines. A precise cut control system allows for derinding without remaining rind, especially at the beginning of the cut: perfect results every time.
- Skinning width of 560 mm.

- Constructed entirely in stainless steel (including bearing housing).
- Intended for the derinding of all kinds of pork cuts (bellies, loins, bacon, jowls, etc.) and for lard slicing.
