Description
A fast and precise automatic skewering machine by Kong Shiang Engineering (Singapore). Interchangeable moulds let you skewer a number of different foods, from traditional satay and yakitori, to meatballs, vegetables and prawns.
The unit is capable of producing between 400 and 900 skewers in an hour with just one or two operators. The conveyorised design makes for smooth production, with manual loading and a sensor to activate the automatic skewering mechanism.
Each skewering cycle (loading, skewering and unloading) is approximately 20 seconds, producing 6 skewers. Small, compact, and single phase, this machine can fit nearly anywhere.
