A fast and precise automatic skewering machine by Kong Shiang Engineering (Singapore). Interchangeable moulds let you skewer a number of different foods, from traditional satay and yakitori, to meatballs, vegetables and prawns.
The unit is capable of producing between 800 and 1,100 skewers in an hour with just two or three operators. The conveyorised design makes for smooth production, with manual loading and a sensor to activate the automatic skewering mechanism.
