The Tenderstar TSHY Semi-Automatic Tenderiser is a mid-level tenderising machine best suited to busy butchers and small to mid-sized processors.

The TSHY is designed to make a piece of meat juicier and tastier without leaving any visible marks of tenderising. The needles are positioned diagonally to avoid passing the same spot on a piece of meat.

Made of stainless steel and polyacetal, the Tenderstar TSHY is quick to clean and removable parts can be easily sterilised or high-pressure cleaned for maximum hygiene.
