Crazy Soulve Kofta Mince Stick Box

The Crazy Souvle Kofta Box has been uniquely designed for the forming of compact and uniform kofta (minced meat) sticks. An ever-increasing amount of butcheries and food shops now offer Kofta.

Note: the unit is simple to operate but it requires some force to press down and form the kofta.

• Creates 16 pieces weighing approx. 100 g each.
• Each piece is approx. ⌀22 mm and 150 mm in length.
• The unit has a capacity of 2.5 kg meat in total.
