The MyBroch Production by SYSTEM B is a unique, simple, and ergonomic skewering machine suitable for butchers, food trucks, caterers, manufacturers of prepared foods, and supermarkets. It is safer, faster, and more precise than skewering by hand.

Hygienic and robust design – all parts are easily disassembled for cleaning and the machine frame can be sprayed with a water jet.

Compact and benchtop model – only W 370 x D 630 x H 470 mm required for workflow and W 370 x D 470 x H 300 mm when not in use.

Versatile and modular – interchangeable moulds for fish, meat, and vegetables, with various lengths, widths, and patterns, in one machine.
