The Cretel 362SK is a tabletop skinning machine suited for removing the skin from most species of fish. A water connection allows for continual cleaning of the toothed roller. Fully welded construction from stainless steel for optimal hygiene and durability. Inbuilt comb or stripper system to keep the blade clean. Features handles for easy moving. Includes a safe 24 V foot switch. Conforms to all CE standards.
