Fischer have replaced their 75850 Manual Sharpener with the 75930 3-Step Sharpener.

This unit operates in the same manner: pull the blade through the sharpening slot and repeat until your knife is razor-sharp. It won’t take long! When you’ve finished, clean it down with a damp cloth or mild brush.

The regrind slot (furthest from handle) contains diamond stone to set the edge.
The sharpening slot (middle) contains tungsten carbides to shape a perfect V-edge.
The finishing slot (closest to handle) contains ceramics to finish the edge.
