A significant upgrade from the ‘Butcher’, the P480 Compact is suited to supermarkets, caterers and industrial kitchens. With a nominal capacity of 480 brochettes an hour, up to three people can operate the machine, increasing it’s capacity threefold. To optimise productivity with the Compact, split the workload between at least two people: one prepping the trays and one operating the machine.
