Thompson 42 Mincers are compact and enable cool and efficient mincing. Its high production rate reduces the possibility of temperature rise in your product, improving its shelf-life and cutting your labour costs.

- Twist-removable barrel, allowing for easy yet thorough cleaning of the barrel and feeding chute.
- Stainless Steel construction, including body, barrel, feed screw, and lock ring.
- Features a 114 mm feed screw and 42 series (130 mm) mincing head.
- 24 V AC control circuit and full overload protection of motors.
- Compact design taking up only 700 x 800 mm floor space.
