The Mainca HA Burger Formers create burgers of up to 120 mm diameter at thicknesses up to 34 mm. Each model has variable speed as standard, giving the operator full control over their production process. Different drums are available in order to facilitate the forming of various sized burgers, with double and triple forms at smaller diameters.
Equipped with two bottom paddles of different widths, the HA Series formers are a step ahead of their competitors. Most manufacturers use one paddle that results in an uneven form, but these synchronised paddles ensure perfect uniformity.
